MIHO PRLENDA dipl. ing. građ.

Born on February 20, 1968 in Dubrovnik, married and has three children. He graduated from the secondary construction and technical school in Split, and after that he enrolled and graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Split. Graduated on July 1, 1994. at GF Split, and obtained the title of graduate engineer in civil engineering.

Towards the end of and after graduating from college, he worked for the company Dubrovnik inženjering s.p.o. for 16 months, and after that he opened his own company KONGRAD d.o.o. where he was employed from 1995 to 30 November 2009. years. In that period of 16 years, he did all the responsible engineering jobs (design, management of construction sites, and mostly as a supervising engineer over the execution of construction works on numerous buildings) cooperating with many other companies from the Republic of Croatia, in the area of Dubrovnik-Neretva County. From 30.11.2009 until today, he works as a supervising engineer and designer in the private company Jadranski susreti d.o.o. from Dubrovnik. His constant motivation and desire are new construction projects and new construction technical knowledge and new work areas. Total previous work experience is 26 years.

He has passed the professional exam, in 1999 he was appointed as an authorized construction engineer no. 2312 in the HKAIG, and in 2017 he was appointed as a permanent court expert in the field of construction based on a decision from the Dubrovnik County Court. He has a construction and real estate assessment expert's license no. 3726.

The basic work was expert supervision, which he carried out with quality for all investors, and on larger facilities he also collaborated with colleagues who expertly performed technological supervision, especially on the rehabilitation of hydro-energy facilities in our county.

In addition to other things in the capacity of designer, chief designer, he created a huge number of construction projects, water supply and sewerage and eco-projects, cooperating with many companies, on the realization of numerous small and large residential and commercial buildings throughout the Dubrovnik-Neretva County.

In his work so far, he passed all engineering jobs, and with that he obtained the license of authorized construction engineer No. 2312, necessary for the needs of responsible design work and professional supervision of construction.

Based on the demanding works performed, he also holds a license as a permanent court expert in the field of construction, from HDSV no. So-841/2007 of 09/09/2007 according to the decision of the Board of Directors of HDSV from Zagreb.

> 1995. designer of residential buildings damaged in the Homeland War (Slano and surrounding areas) as subcontractor KONSTRUKTOR INŽENJERING d.o.o. from Split.

> 1995. - 1996. construction site manager for the renovation of residential buildings in Župa Dubrovačka and Konavle, as an associate of subcontractors KONSTRUKTOR INŽENJERING d.o.o. from Split.
> 1995. - 2000. glavni nadzorni inženjer, kao vanjski suradnik investitora HEP d.d. Odjela proizvodnje HE Dubrovnik i HE Ombla, nadziranje izvođenja zahtjevnih radova sanacije dovodnog tunela, te stručno planiranje i pripremne radnje za projektiranje i izvođenje radova na rekonstrukcijama i održavanju objekata hidroelektrane.

> 1996. – 2000. chief supervising engineer on the construction of infrastructure facilities of the investor HRVATSKE VODA from Zagreb, namely: the construction of the water supply system of the island of Koločep (main pipeline and water supply system Koločep), and then the water supply system of the island of Mljet (main pipelines, complete pumping plants and water supply systems at three locations on the island of Mljet ).
> 2000. – 2003. chief supervising engineer on the construction and reconstruction of several buildings in Dubrovnik (Ciciban kindergarten and a number of residential and commercial buildings) and as a designer or chief designer of a number of residential and commercial buildings.

> 2007. – 2009. chief designer and chief supervising engineer of the residential and commercial building of the laundry in Gruda, investor KOPRA d.o.o.
> 2009. – 2010. chief designer of stormwater drainage in the settlement of Pupnat on Korčula, and chief designer of the water management system, for the purposes of the urban development plan for the settlement of Stratinčica in Vela Luka on Korčula for URBOS d.o.o. from Split.
> 2010. – 2012. creation of eco-projects in the area of Dubrovnik and the region, as well as a continuous series of professional supervision of the construction of small and large residential and commercial buildings.

> 2012. - 2020. supervision of the construction of many private residential and business buildings in the Dubrovnik-Neretva County and the production of photographs of the finished state for the legalization of illegally built buildings.
> 2017. - 2020. preparation of real estate appraisals, main projects of residential and commercial buildings and supervision of the construction of the same facilities.
>2021. head of the construction site for the construction of the sewage system in the settlement of Jelsa, Investor Hvarski vodovod d.o.o. Alder.
> 2021. construction site manager for the construction of the submarine pipeline Trogir mainland - Čiovo, Client Vodoprivreda Split d.d. Solin.
> 2022. Chief supervising engineer over the construction of Sewerage and wastewater treatment and submarine outlet, Bakar Agglomeration, Client VIK Rijeka.
